BIO / WHAT I DO
CLARB Certified Professional Landscape Architect, Technical Drafter, Graphic Artist. Graduated from the University of Idaho with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture with emphasis in golf course design and became a licensed Landscape Architect in 2014.
I have lived and worked as a designer for firms in Southern California, Bend, Oregon, Spokane, Washington, Lewiston, Idaho and Missoula, Montana. My diverse career includes working on complex landscape architecture, civil engineering and golf course construction projects. I also specialize in conceptual visualization graphics using Sketchup, AutoCAD, Photoshop and hand sketched renderings.
Landscape Architect
As a Landscape Architect, I aspire to impact the community through designing interesting, functional, educational, aesthetically-pleasing spaces that are cost-effective & sensitive to the environment. As a steward of the environment, to enhance site ecology & protect water resources by facilitating best practices in stormwater management. To keep sustainability at the forefront of each design by using locally sourced building materials & water wise or native plant material whenever possible. To ensure that new design implementation is innovative; meeting the needs of the community & to make sure each project fits the character & culture of its environment for present users and future generations to enjoy. My attention to detail & ability to create conceptual graphics give clients a clear vision of a project during the early planning stages. Developing a colorful rendition of an outdoor space & following up with the expertise needed to produce a detailed construction document package.
